this build realy can work, but you wont be very tanky like you always because of this runes, but when you do 3 auto attack on enemy with this runes and eat someone you have huge amount of movement speed and you can move on enemy to your all allies or to the turret.

actually phase rush on him not soo good at all the times, most times you should go on full tank runes but its work as good
dude the movement speed that you get after the third auto attack and eat someone, its get huge movement speed and u can put someone in turret and when it is late he is enough tank, try it sometime
