It's clear that Vapora has put a lot of time and effort into both learning Fizz' nuances and writing this beast of a guide.

Vapora Dark has a lot of solid guides, but his
One of my favorite chapters in this guide is the detailed and organized combos section, which demonstrates and explains 7 staple combos for Fizz players, along with a handy chart to keep track of the total mana you'll need to pull each of them off. There's also a lot of varied information on the early laning phase, which is probably the toughest part of Fizz's gameplay to master. Definitely check out this guide if you're looking to brush up on your Fizz mechanics.

Maintained does a good job of covering all the basic elements of a quality guide, but I think my personal favorite aspect is how a lot of his pathing, ganking and other jungle-related tips are simultaneously specific to Hecarim but can still be generalized as good advice to many other jungle champions. For the ganking chapter specifically, he has a great breakdown of a useful thought process to determine whether a lane is gankable or not, which is applicable both to Hecarim's specific skillset as well as many junglers with similar gank patterns.

I'd like to take a moment to point out his excellent warding section with useful warding maps that show an estimate of what each ward spot can see and the different paths in and out of the jungle. This chapter is immediately followed by a close look at Pantheon's crucial early levels to help you get in the mindset you'll need to crush your lane opponents and snowball the game. Since Pantheon is an excellent lane bully, this section is definitely a must-read to make the most of the champion.
