Your guide is visible among 
Taric builds. It's not among Taric guides because it's not long enough to be considered a Full Guide. You need a minimum of 5,000 characters of body text (including BBCode) in the Chapters section of the guide to be considered a Full Guide. Just add some more content to meet that requirement, then you'll be automatically sorted into the Guides section.
