You have to reenable it again in your Prime settings. They've given you the option of choosing which of your guides you want embeds on, for those of us who had more guides than embeds were given, but it starts off with no guides selected so you need to change that in your settings.
Can confirm what Vapora said. Just edit your profile and click the Prime Settings tab, then add the guides you want to have the embed and click Update.
