Hey qadassa, congrats on the guide feature! Here's my (relatively brief) review of your guide:

Build

Some Notes on each page (or descriptive titles) would be helpful. Right now there's no indication of when to take each rune page.
Likewise, some Notes on when to get each first back would be useful, even if they're just gold breakpoints.
I find it a bit strange that your cheatsheet example builds don't feature a Last Whisper item, even though you say in the guide that you should usually buy an armor pen item eventually.
Your skill order options could use some brief notes as well. I also find it kinda weird that you don't take W until level 13 on one build, but you take it immediately at level 3 on the other. Wouldn't level 4 make more sense if it's a low priority ability? Unless the level 13 build is only for Yuumi or something.

Presentation

Small nitpick, but "typically always" is a bit of an oxymoron. Either you typically max Rend first or you always do.
The formatting you use for your runes section is pretty cool. The only thing I don't like as much is the repeated information from some of the runes that appear more than once.
" Frozen Mallet is an interesting item to pick up, but can be viable in a some situations." <-- The "but" here doesn't really make sense. I'd change this to "and" or use a different word than "interesting" if you're trying to say Mallet is a weird choice.
Your Gameplay chapter would really benefit from some more images or gifs demonstrating the concepts you're talking about. The info here is good but it's a bit boring to look at.
Your Teamfighting chapter would definitely benefit from at least 1 gif or image showing a good team fight.
The mechanical gifs you have in the following section are super useful. Basically I'd love to see more of this in other sections.
Your kiting section does have 3 gifs (which is great) but they're all crammed together at the end. If you can, it might be good to use them to break up the text a bit more. What I like to do is use small italicized text underneath each gif to point out what concept the gif demonstrates (then you can slot it in basically wherever). Obviously you don't want to be totally random in how you break up the text, but you should be able to find some spots where you're switching gears that you can fit in a gif. Maybe betweeen "Kiting is such an important ability that it is entirely distinguished from orbwalking." and "There are many ways you can orbwalk/kite" would be a good spot for one.

Content

Your skill order explanation is a little unclear and lacking in detail, considering you have two very distinct skill orders. Some info I'd like to see added would be why you're putting 2 points into E, then 3 points into Q, then maxing E, for example. An explanation of exactly when to take W at 3 and when to delay it till 13 would be good too. It kinda seems like you're saying to take W at 3 against melee supports, but I think some readers won't understand that by the way that it's phrased currently.
I'm surprised you haven't mentioned other summoners like Barrier or Cleanse. These are viable picks depending on what summoner spell your support is taking. You wouldn't take Heal if you have a Yuumi with Heal already, for example.
It's unclear to me from your keystone descriptions how to choose between Hail of Blades and Press the Attack. Their use cases sound pretty similar.
While your boots descriptions aren't wrong, I think they might not be clear enough for a newer player to really understand when to go for defensive boots. For example, I'd consider Cassiopeia a high magic damage threat, but I wouldn't build Mercury's Treads against her.
You should mention that Maw of Malmortius and Phantom Dancer's passives don't stack, so they shouldn't be bought in the same build.
The rest of the info seems good. I think you could look into adding matchups / synergies or maybe a breakdown of different types of bot lane duos (like how to play for trades with a Nami versus all-inning with Leona). You mention this idea very briefly in your Laning section, but it's something that could be fleshed out for more content pretty easily. I'm sure you can come up with ways you adjust your play with and against different supports that your typical noob Kalista player wouldn't know to do.

Pretty solid presentation throughout and the content of this guide is already quite good. You have the really important stuff that ADC players need to know all accounted for. I'd say there's still some room for growth but what you have now is already great. For the build, I think slightly reorganizing & adding Notes to a few things will go a long way to make the cheatsheet more useful for quick reference.
