In games recently, I've done really well but I still get a lot of losses because of my teammates
For example, I played Ashe and had a score of 10,1,8
We ended up losing because they all started targeting me and I died in 2 seconds
Is there any champion out there where I can be semi-tanky and still be able to do push turrets?

The kind of champion you're thinking of is known as a tanky DPS champion, or an off-tank.

Champions like Xin Zhao, Udyr, Irelia all focus on being incredibly tough and getting into the middle of the fight to deal hefty melee damage.

Sometimes these champions (but not all of them) are considered anti-carries, because they can charge through the middle of the fight and kill the enemy carry (such as their ashe) sitting in the back and auto-attacking.

Just to make a quick list of tanky DPS champions (forgive me if I forget a few):

Dr. Mundo
Garen
Irelia
Jarvan IV
Malphite
Nasus
Olaf
Poppy
Renekton
Singed
Trundle
Urgot
Xin Zhao

I only wrote down the physical off-tank champions. There are a few champions who focus on magic damage/AP off-tanking, such as Mordekaiser or Ryze.

Some of those like Mundo are good I think, but Malphite -
I played a game where I was fed (about 15,5,10) and it was 50 minutes into the game
I did about 30 damage with auto attacks and about 100 with my Shard. We won, but I was basically just soaking up damage and had no damage output

There is no tanky ranged champion.

Ranged are implicitly designed to need more power, and have weaker base defenses.
While tanky champions are typically melee, and designed to NEED to be built more tanky.

Urgot's pretty good in lane, and the best for breaking towers would definitely be Olaf.

Rammus is pretty bad *** with tower-downing too.

I was considering TF, but can he push towers if he goes AP?
And Rammus won't work, because he's always banned xD

Twisted is now one of my main. I have a rune book just for him and I always go AP. Why? Because he doesn't have to sit still in order to do damage. You can always be on the move.

Yes, he can once he has some ap and lich bane. I'm talking about 600+ damage per proc if you build him correctly!

JunSupport build for him is quite good. I prefer to rush Deathcap before going for lich bane however. :)

PStyle: I wouldn't switch to tanky DPS honestly, because your problem is that you're getting focused. Any tanky DPS champion, regardless of how good he is, still needs a good team behind him - very few, if any champs, can completely kill a team while being focused, and the ones that do need to be fed.

What you need is a partner, someone who duo queues with you and plays a support or a tank so you don't die so quickly. If you're good at playing a carry, don't change what you're doing, but find someone who compliments your style.

It's not really a switch because I play some other tanky DPS's like Malphite and Nasus
But the way I play is either, tank and be useless when pushing, or push and die in 2 seconds in a fight
I was considering AP TF, but does he do well in pushing turrets and stuff?

Yea AP TF pushes towers well with sheen and absolutely destroys them once he's got lichbane. Pick a card procs sheen/lichbane everytime you hit 'w', so hit w & proc lichbane>wait 2 seconds>pick red card & proc lichbane> tower=dead.

Last I checked, there was a glitch with his gate and zhonya's too, so you could easily escape while invulnerable as well.
