1. Thank you for explaining when to max Q and when to max E. It is really helpful :)
2. What do you think about Ghost Poro instead of Zombie ward?
I consider it is better to prolong your wards than to have more of them (since you already have 3-4 from the Spellthief item or even more, like 6, if you get the Control Ward or the Basic ward).

ghost poro is better for lower elos where the enemy isn't placing as many wards or zombie stacks or sweeping yours. IN high elo they get swept b4 they convert

IMO max Q is the only really viable option. This is because the cooldown and the extra cooldown you get on your Q is much higher quicker than you get on your E allowing you to stack up your passive much by just spamming Q. assuming no haste with an E max would take a full 20 second to restack your passive as opposed to 10 with a Q max. in a lot of situation you can almost restack your passive juste with Q before your E comes of cooldown.

Q max is better for moonstone as the low cd allows you to constantly proc the heal. With shurelyas you dont need to stack moonstone so its better to E max and get a lower cd on your peel spell. Min maxing your damage doesn't matter cuz we are supports and thats not our job in the first place.

Awesome info as always! Appreciate having the different rune pages and items with explanations as to when to take them. What are your thoughts on this patch's item changes for when playing with Seraphine?

I think moonstone will still be best but it does open up mandate as an option again I think. If its a bursty fight then mandate is ok but if its long drawn out fights the healing from moonstone is op op

This guide is EXCELLENT imo. I've only played Seraphine twice with this guide, and used the Glacial build both times as I was against tanks.. Might I recommend instead of Ionian Boots for the Glacial Build, defensive boots (tabis/mercs) because I generally build Zhonya's after and that is over 40% CDR.

and for sure if hitting the CDR cap you can use different boots :D
I usually just hit full build and sell the boots for new ones xD
