1) Greater Seals of Malice don't belong on Ashe. Trynadmere, Gangplank, sure. But Ashe would be better off with Greater Seals of Clarity.
2) Ashe with Clarity as a Summoner Spell. What? If you drop the Seals of Malice, and sub in the Seals of Clarity, you get the same thing (but better by far because it's happening all the time) AND you get your Summoner Spell slot back.
3) Hawk Shot is a great utility spell, and it should not be over-looked. The passive of extra gold per minion kill, plus the ability to scout brush and buffs is way too important not to level up and reduce it's cooldowns.
4) Madred's is a situational item. You shouldn't be getting it with Ashe every single game.
5) In your Mastery Tree, you've wasted four Mastery Points. Three in Ability Power (Ashe's only move that has an ability power ratio is her Ultimate which generally you don't kill people with), and one in Archaic Knowledge (you don't do any magic damage other than your ult).
The above are the reasons for the downvote. I'd like to see this build fully finished though, so keep on it.

I only can say that INFINITY EDGE is bought too early... I play normally with ashe and I think this item should be bought at mid-late game... see my guide and vote!
Naa, I think its almost a must to get it that early, by time you get your
Try it, you will find it to your liking.
A few things to disagree with:
1. Double zeal double dancers.
Sure it provides you sone move speed but as a ranged carry you're not supposed to be anywhere near targetable in a team fight, you'll drop like a fly. And that would be far beyond the needs of crit chance. A phantom dancer and infinity edge alone would give you about 50% crit chance with good attack speed.
2. Bloodthirster/black cleaver recommended items description
You say to get these when you're faced with range but I digress, having madreds bloodrazor immediately covers for these items for tank killing. The AS from PD will only help you further in taking Down tanks. In place of the stark's, with the phantom dancer you already have, I'd throw bloodthirster in there because you're already hitting fast with PD, it will only further your crit damage and strengthen your lifesteal.
Past that I'd finish up the alternative items on your list and you'd have a pretty solid build.
I just do not wand to have 'That copied guide' by grabbing the madreds early and stuff is great! Don't get me wrong, just every build has them all in the same order. I will agree that 2 PDs is sort of overkill but you would be surprised on how well it works. Your attack speed combos with your Q and the crits take others down fast.
This build is still being built, I will eventually have screen shots and game play videos with this build. Thanks for your constructive criticism and tips, I will keep them in mind for further updates when I do a bit more build testing.

This looks great!
Thank you!
