However, I am not convinced by Vampiric scepter at the beginning.
But, the build is really good.

Really good build:
fast,
strong,
unstoppable.
Thanks u so much.
The only modification I made ability wise is that I save the Hawkshot for late game, and go for some lesser expensive items, instead to deal out more damage in the early game with Volley. It's possible that leveling this up earlier on might help with the gold issue, but I doubt it since it's only 1 extra gold per kill that you've got until level 14.
I follow your item build of the Scepter and Greaves to start. That's an awesome help in the early game. Next item I buy is Stark's Fervor (I use the Vampiric Scepter to help create it, to drop the cost some). After that, I usually buy Phantom Dancer to max out the attack speed, but if I find myself going up against champions solo, I will buy Last Whisper, then Phantom. The reason I do this is for the armor penetration. Otherwise, if I'm laning with someone, I will use the Phantom Dancer to create major attack speed boost so that I'm able to ensure helping my partner take out a champion by level 13-14 (via the Lifesteal ability of Stark's; the aura created by this is awesome whether I'm soloing a lane or not). Infinity Edge is last, just cause it's so stinking expensive. By this point, Hawkshot is getting leveled up, so I'm starting to crank in gold fast with the Phantom Dancer on the minions. After that, if the game lasts that long, I buy Aegis Shield for that extra boost for the whole team.
Your masteries and glyphs are fairly solid. Due to rune purchases for other characters I was playing as at the time I started using this, I used Alacrity Marks to start with, and that helped a lot, too. I do like the Desolation better though because I can kill heroes easier in the early game. Alacrity is good if you're looking more for faster minion kills in the early game.
Overall- I like this build. I think my mods fit better to my playing style to live longer and die less, but I've seen some games where I get ganked pretty easily not having the Last Whisper earlier to get the kills.
Only thing I don't like about this build- zero armor. Anything you would recommend for situations where it might be advisable to modify the build to include some armor items- besides Aegis?
So this means that half the time you will critical strike for all that extra Rune damage, and elsewise, you're not using your Runes.
Also, starting with a Vampiric Scepter is a bad idea. In your guide you stressed the idea of Last Hitting. If you've got a Vampiric Scepter, all you're going to be doing is auto-attacking to regain any health you've lost. If you think you need more health on Ashe, get a Doran's Blade (personally, I've played with a Doran's Shield before and I was pretty invincible early on).
Last Whisper is a situational item and can be replaced by better items, for example, that Bloodthirster in your build would be better off where the Last Whisper is, in terms of item build order.
Ashe should not be getting Greed as a Mastery, as *anything* other than that in the Utility Tree would be better (mana regen, for example). Also, your points used in Archmage's Savy make no sense whatsoever, as Ashe's only move that uses Ability Power is her Ultimate. And with your build/runes/masteries, your Ultimate would be used very few and far between.
Thus the -1 vote. Keep playing Ashe though, and alter your guide as you learn more about her.

First, you skill sequence is weird, that 5% per lv slow in early game won't mean anything, because you haven't got enough AD to kite to death.
Second, you have 2 ArP items, i think it's overkill, you should buy only 1 of them per game, Black Cleaver when you play vs mages, carries... or LW when you have 3 or more tanky enemies.
Third, in your masteries, you have 2 points in Archmage Savy instead 1, that point better put in Sorcery; same goes with Offensive Mastery, take that 3 points and put them all in Sorcery.
Fourth, your summoner spells are a bit meh, it's ok to have heal if you aren't so sure... but ashe with Phantom Dancer has over 420 movement speed, so that's not so useful at all; consider flash, since Ashe is extremly squishy and she can use that little distance Flash provides to kite them and safely escape.
I won't vote, because i don't like the guide, take my comment as a constructive criticism, not as some trolling.
P.S. Are you from Croatia/Bosnia/Serbia?
I like the build, but i don't really agree with heal, i prefer ignite or flash... but that's my opinion :) +1
i say that i use flash beacuse im higher lvl,but i write it for newbies, and i like heal couse it saved me too more time that im rdy to quit it. :)
