Personally I think you should move Kalista up to A, and Aphelios and Sivir down to C. Now that her Rend ratio and Martial Poise jump distance bugs are fixed, she is really capitalizing on the new itemization. Both Q and E max are very strong rn and she actually scales if you dive into Black Cleaver for her last item. Especially since she doesn't build crit, she's a cut above Sivir and Aphelios.

Sivir and Aphelios are really really bad. Sivir moreso, but Aphelios still struggles now that his crits are weaker, more expensive, and his core items (ex: Runaan's Hurricane) are much worse. He at least can try and abuse life steal stacking like Samira. Sivir lost her Essence Reaver, and Infinity Edge became more expensive in exchange for becoming worse. Crit nerfs just hurt her Burst-focused 1v1 even more, and prevent her from scaling as quickly. It's at the point where people are building her like a top-lane bruiser with Stridebreaker just so she can do something in fights. Honestly a contender for the worst champion in the game.

I do think that the changes on Infinity Edge have slowed down Jhin but i want to know more since i do believe the old ie is better than this one tho with the addition of some items mythics and the collector jhin IS like you list in your tier list on a really good spot and your tier deserves my vote.Besides all this i think aphelios should be higher same for Miss fortune cause both of them deal amazing amount of damage on all states of game so i think they should move up a tier

In 10.11 Aphelios is actually stronger than he was before. He has increased health and movement speed (zeal buffs) when you are building essence reaver and he can poke the sanity out of a Jinx if he wanted to. Ezrael is way too vunrable early game for him to be at the top. This is the most accurate ADC tier list though.

Aphelios is still pretty strong. His nerfs got him out of Pretty OP phase but a fed Aphelios is a total nightmare. he scales well to the late game and have a unique toolkit. I believe his one of the hardest ADCs currently and that's affecting how people think about him. His not just a AA guy.

Hullo! This list seems really put together, MF definitely belongs where she does especially. I do have a couple of questions though. Why is Ezreal so high, and Aphelios so low? Are Yasuo and Kog'Maw really ADC? Most everything else I can agree with, I think Twitch is a little low, but I'm not complaining as I don't like him for trivial reasons, and not gameplay.
