Does stridebreaker still being the core item?

Still testing divine and stridebreaker side by side, but divine with the new buffs does feel really good, would recommend trying it out

Cool, are there alternative secondary runes for phase rush?
1
EUWRATS (7) | April 9, 2021 11:57am
Hey, yeah there is, either tenacity + triumph or magical footwear + cosmic insight. If enemies have a lot of CC, would recommend the tenacity one

Is stridebreaker still the best mythic in your opinion after trinity buff and hecarim nerf?
1
EUWRATS (7) | April 5, 2021 2:21pm
I would still run stridebreaker to have that insane dash, R cancel, E extend, slow, movement speed and extra burst of dmg. There are just so many different combos you can use stridebreaker in and you can never get kited, absolutely love the item.

Why you talking about buying boots for 300g, if you use rune Magical Footwear? O_o

EUWRATS (7) | April 5, 2021 2:19pm
Some people don't want to use magical footwear, so its just a reminder for those who take other runes to buy boots first

I have seen a lot of cdr boots hecarim, what are your thoughts?

Makes you too squishy, plated steelcaps and mercury threads are just too op

hi . Also about BC giving ms on hit, I feel the movement speed is becoming less and less important on Hec with every nerf. When the as ratio from the passive was better and E gave you 100% ms stacking ms made sense. Now I don't even buy dead man's plate or chemtank, and I hardly ever go phase rush. I have enough mobility with E and R to engage, and I get more damage to delete carries from other items.

In higher elo you will get kited by better adc players using items like galeforce, thats why stacking MS is still super good idea.

Hey, what do you think about Stridebreaker after the 11.6 nerf? Will you be using it even then?
1
EUWRATS (7) | March 10, 2021 12:09pm
I will still be using it as it is insanely broken item, especially for hecarim to 1v9.

Hey,
why do you go black cleaver instead of steraks now as a 4th item?
2
EUWRATS (7) | March 7, 2021 2:05pm
This is my current build
Boots 300g -> Stridebreaker -> Plated Steelcaps / Mercury Threads -> Bramble Vest -> Black Cleaver -> Thornmail -> Spirit Visage -> Gargoyle Stoneplate

black cleaver got buffed and steraks got nerfed, black cleaver gives movement speed, health and also armor reduction, pretty insane item for heca for 1v9

I dislike the stridebreaker build, I don't see the point of it, the item is used as a gap closer but your E/R is already your main gap closer, the movement speed is nice, but you sacrafice early game DPS without sheen for dueling, goredrinker is insane for healing, divine melts tanks, and makes you very hard to kill, I tried this once, and it felt terrible, maybe I'm just bad but I think goredrinker or divine is much better.

You do you, no one is forcing you to go stridebreaker. It requires mechanical skill and takes practice to use it properly. It is used because of its movement when dealing AD dmg and also from its mythic passive which scales super well with hecarim's passive. Movement speed gives attack damage. Divine sunderer and goredrinker do not have any movement speed. This will mean the higher you will get the more you will be kited by adc's. You'll notice a big difference when you play in master+. The reason the active is super good is because you dont need to use ghost which is 210 second cooldown summoner spell or ultimate ability with 140 second cooldown. Instead you're able to use stridebreaker which is a 20 second cooldown active. This will mean you'll be able to get picks without using your ult or ghost which you will need for teamfights or objectives such as dragon and baron. At the end of the day, I dont lose anything if you go goredrinker, I am just informing people that stridebreaker is the better option.

I don't get the mechanical skill of it when it's like less range than a vayne tumble for a dash, it might be needed in high elo but in diamond it feels like ****, i'm 0/2 trying it and felt useless and fed, feels really awkward, Maybe I just have a different playstyle, I was 23 kills 61k dmg the game before with gore, so it's depressing feeding this easily winnable game.
