GP is high skill match up . He is fine cuz even tho you cant reach him or kill him neither can he kill you. Its patience game. He is not like fiora so he just straight up destroys you or like akali where he dmgs you but you cant her, you can survive just fine, go for mana potion runes and in game potions,play safe and defensive,wait for jg and thats it. But yeah you wont get fed vs him but you dont have to , its 5v5 in the end, tricky match up but there are much worse

Yeah , I wasnt playing lately at all , anyways I didnt put anything on late game cuz thats the least you want to go through , but I will add something just in case someone reaches late game like you. As for Gnar, thats usually free win at all stages of the game especially early/mid. I go flash ghost cuz of his mobility and that solves it pretty good so try that , even if he jumps ur R and ghost will catch up quickly trust me. Just let him push so you have more space to engage and tryna catch him

Hi, thanks for visiting guide ,Olaf is early game and grasp is scaling rune which Olaf hates so rune doesnt make much sense, you mentioned nimbus and celerity and I thought too that is good but I tested it in practice tool and you still get way more movement speed with approach velocity , not only that, approach velocity doesnt have a cooldown which is insane and it doesnt require spell to activate so it wins heavily, we can only make argument for waterwalking rune for olaf jungle. When you play Olaf vs squishy top you should win whatever you build but when you find good players and hard picks like fiora akali vayne top then your grasp wont work cause you cant even walk up and it doeasnt do damage early and as the game goes your chances of killing her just reduces significantly , taking flash ghost on top shows me that you understand the champ and feel the pain of all olaf players lol , everyone is so mobile ,100 of dashes and ghost flash are almost a must just to follow up especially now with new R which starts with only 3s , it is really good summoner spell choice. As for the build right now Trinity may be the best option because of sheen power vs champs ,towers, minions , you just pick up axe throw e and proc sheen 3 times which is way more dmg than eclipse to all three units listed above , second or maybe the best would be immortal shieldbow , eclipse is inferior to shieldbow because shieldbow shields at 30% hp providing you time when your passive and W reaches its max potential while eclipse shield will get bursted right away and eclipse shield is 2x smaller than shieldbow, shieldbow gives lifesteal while eclipse omnivamp and since Olaf q cd got increased you rely much more now on basic attack so lifesteal gives more value than eclipse`s omnivamp , eclipse is not terrible pick but shieldbow is just superior in every aspect , Maw is good item even tho DD is broken but depends who you are against , steraks sucks right now and Im so used to building it :( , the thing is you are building shielbow botrk DD there is not a single hp item with which steraks can scale and get any/full shield value and even if you buy hp item it could only be trinity cause botrk DD too strong to leave them in shop , dead man is situationally good but you cant carry if you buy it early so again dead mans falls into late game choice just like steraks and as Olaf you want to end game early/mid. Black cleaver is completely useless now because olaf q has built in arm shred and that with movm speed which BC doesnt give anymore was mainly the reason it was build on Olaf besides good hp+ad so BC is really bad now. All those items that givs hp+ad may look fine but with Olaf its so hard to get past plat1/diamond so you need to utilize every 1% of advantage that you possibly can and thats why we should prioritize trinity botrk or shielbow botrk DD/wits end , just take a look at hp (fighter items)-its a joke, you get like 400hp and 40ad while shieldbow gives more ad ,as,lifesteal,crit... and shield up to 2x bigger than that item`s hp, literally no point in buying hp items which gives 2x less hp than freaking passive from shieldbow, I run ghost barrier and just recently saw a korean grandmaster going ghost barrier as well with exact same build path so Im not the only one that got this idea, if you saw the build its basically like warwick strategy where you go barrier spell and when you are low you press barrier to remain at low hp where you are the strongest for as long as possible . W which shields you , giving you time to heal back then shieldbow gives you another shield again providing time to heal up and then you press barrier for 3rd shield and now you just bought heck lot of time at 30% hp where your abilities reaches max potential, I hope you see the point.

Glad you read my trinity explanation cause its long , yea its tough to start with black cleaver, we used to do it so its not impossible but other mythuc items justs beats you 1v1 then :( .
I am agressive as well and be carefup with trinity, time your axes well so you spam sheen eff. As for summoners spells I feel you, Im doing flash ghost as well, especially vs range top, this and last season so hard for olaf top 😑😑...thanks for visiting my guide :)
