The build is good but the rune future's market i think is a personal choice.I prefer cosmic insight for the spell haste and the item haste, only if I prefer to have it.If not, the market is also good.
Congrats for the build btw.

what do you think of the nerfs to conqueror and goredrinker would it change lee's build in anyway
1
Xeno27 | October 25, 2021 11:48am
the "nerf" at the goredrinker isn't a nerf but a change/buff so is better build it

I'm not totally sure about what's going to happen regarding Lee Sin's build, but after the changes I feel that Goredrinker and Conqueror isn't nearly as strong as before, and Eclipse and Electrocute is a very strong alternative, and probably what I will be building for the patch, as Eclipse's overall damage potential is higher than Goredrinker's now that Goredrinker was nerfed harshly. Both have healing, but I personally feel like Eclipse and Goredrinker are now actually even regarding their value. Goredrinker is still a safe build though.

Whats the playstyle for when you go eclipse, when I go eclipse I get blown up and cant deal the damage I want to. With goredrinker im able too sustain a lot so im guessing im playing wrong. (New lee sin player btw) Great guide though.

NixLychee (6) | May 30, 2021 10:23am
The playstyle for when you go Eclipse is more of an assassin carry playstyle, as opposed to the more frontline diver playstyle of Goredrinker. The Eclipse build is super flexible if you go Sterak's after Eclipse, because it allows for you to be somewhat tanky as well as do high burst damage with good sustain. Try to make picks for your team with the Eclipse build and if possible, have an escape plan (Q to monster camp over wall, Flash, Ward hop, anything) because you're obviously not as tanky as if you were going the Goredrinker build.

Hey when should you go conqueror, and when should you go electrocute?
1
NixLychee (6) | April 2, 2021 11:09am
As a general rule, you should take Electrocute into champs who you can duel easily, or those who you can burst. Good examples of Electrocute matchups are Ivern, Taliyah, Evelynn, and Sylas. Specifically for the Taliyah matchup make sure you don't get hit by her combo by wardhopping. Take Conqueror into more difficult duels like Olaf, Jarvan IV, or Elise. If you're confident in your ability to mechanically outplay matchups, Electrocute is in general the rune you want to take for more damage for bursting targets or ganking. In lower elos, a lot of people get discouraged from dueling Electrocute Lee Sin because at level 3 you can hard chunk most targets just by using Sonic Wave + Resonating Strike into an auto-attack, which will proc Electrocute.

Also, take Conqueror if the enemy team has a lot of tanks or bruisers, because they won't feel Electrocute much, and you need sustained damage to kill them.

I totally disagree with your counter champion tier. Most of the champions as Kayn, Rammus, Ekko, Olaf and other champions whoch use 1 skill shot or taunt to outplay you just need to be baited on skill which is dodged by immediate wardhope through the wall. Some of the champions like Karthus aren’t need to build Johnyas against them, you build 1-2 lethality items for them and vampireness, level 2 or 3 w is enough to save yourself and your adc from karthus ult and you can also max E to obeshot Karthus as fast as possible you can even buy a boots with magic penetration just for your E, I totally recommend with this boots buy a galeforce as a mythic item for your build, because it deals magic damage and focuses the most lowhp champion it is a good items even if the rest of his team mostly are bruisers and tanks. I suggest to add to the most horrible matchups: full lethality poppy, reksai and trundle. The last two can cancel any of your jumps whenever they want and full lethality poppy just owns your jungle, you can’t contest it in early game at all because if you try to jump, then you will get oneshoted. Sorry for being toxic but it the way in which I try to help this guide to become better. It is too popular to keep those things not mentioned and my English language skills are to low so then I apologise for lots of mistakes I made.

Thanks for your feedback. This list is pretty outdated (I haven't updated the matchups since 10.20), and I've gotten more experience with the matchups this season. I was planning on adding Rek'Sai to the severe counters section, and changing the spots on the ratings a little. Also, don't worry about being "toxic", it's just feedback, and you weren't offensive or anything. I wholeheartedly accept any criticism in order to improve the quality of this guide. Thank you for helping me improve this guide!

Is eclipse plus bruiser items good? If it is when would I use it instead of standard goredrinker build?
1
NixLychee (6) | January 19, 2021 6:09pm
Eclipse is very good with bruiser items if you've snowballed a lead, but still want to be able to duel enemy champions. I go Eclipse + bruiser items into squishy team comps with high burst damage, like Veigar, Syndra and Kha'Zix.

I mean everything is 50 energy cost, why upgrade sonic wave at level 4?
1
NixLychee (6) | January 8, 2021 8:48am
Sonic Wave and Resonating Strike gain 25 base damage and 1 second lower CD at rank 2. As this ability is Lee Sin's main damage dealing ability for clearing and dueling, as well as gap-closing and jumping through walls to get to camps faster it is important to max this ability first (you can take W or E at level 4, but it isn't recommended because you lose out on damage for clearing and dueling). Most Lee Sins try and invade the enemy Jungler at early levels or gank at level 3-4, this ability is crucial for killing laners, forcing summoner spells, and dueling the enemy Jungler.
