Idk. BV is great on Galio because he's so mana starved, and the HP is never a bad thing either. Most champions end game don't have mana issues, and I feel that GA bring much more survivability to the plate than BV does.
I also get BV on Ryze, because mana is god tier on Ryze. I suck with him, though :\

Well..I don't really play any of those characters anyways, but I wanted to pick up Sona, and I might try out Singed again.
