Legend: Alacrity will always be outperformed by Legend: Tenacity
Flash is generally very important on Riven and Exhaust seems to outperform ignite in most cases.
Hydra isn't a very impactful item. If you can afford to build this, you've already won.
Spirit Visage and Gargoyle's Stoneplate have to be built around excessively so to be useful.
Edge of Night is only really better than Silvermere Dawn in a singular circumstance. That's the Vayne Matchup. I can't see another time that this would be better than Silvermere.
I prefer DD over GA in most cases.
I believe 2 of the items you recommend against building are viable (ER/LDR)
Collector is also incredible.
Man, you can get 6 levels in Q? I've been doing it wrong all along. (cheat sheet)
Q kite is only realistically viable when your opponent is blocking your escape (will get hit by q) anything further you're likely better just changing directions or just leaving the fight considering your q won't damage.
I love spyroflex's video but it would likely bombard anyone who watches it. I think it's information overload.
I'd say there's an incredible amount more to trading than what you stated.
Other than what I pointed out seems fine for the most part. I didn't feel like combing through it. Saying to absolutely not build any crit just annoyed me. Crit as a stat is incredibly effective on Riven. Her passive and ult steroids all stack with it on top of her massive AD values from her build I think you're doing something wrong if you don't pick up 20% through LDR/Collector/ER. Maybe someday I'll be able to credit my words enough to convince everyone.
I guess that's the beauty of League, it can be played multiple ways with different rune setups and builds. This guide is based off of what friends of mine that are 1,000+ LP do on Riven, and what they find effective with my own spin on it.
Crit is greedy on Riven in high elo, if it wasn't, top 10 Riven players like General Sniper, Rueven and Built would build it. The cheat sheet typo has been fixed, thanks for clearing that up.

There's a clip from Platinum. I've had countless other successes but they're in a normal blind. Whiile I may have been facing Diamond+ in each game we don't have every player's rank so it'd be hard to know exactly the level of play I was facing.
It's abnormal because it's suboptimal against upper echelon players, that this guide covers. If players that play and research this game as their job build certain items, against the best players in the world, they're probably the best items.
I'm not saying crit is weak, obviously it does damage, but for damage you sacrifice so many other stats and facets of her gameplay. Not even Adrian builds crit and he's known for going squishier Riven builds. I'm not here to tell people what builds do damage, I'm here to tell people what build is the best/most consistent. Riven is much more than doing damage.
If Viper and General Sniper, who have access to professional coaching staff that run mathetmatics on items don't build these items on Riven...well...
One does not discover a new meta by playing the exact same 8-10 items every game. Frostfang Kennen was pretty meta but it wasn't when it was originated. If you limit yourself to one mythic you'll likely ignore the games where other mythics would've been better.
