Cheat Sheet:
Summoner Spells:

I really like that you mentioned Ignite + Teleport. It still feels like it hasn't quite caught up in lower elos. I also like the different options and the explanations for when and why you take them.

Runes:

Your resolve rune page talks about taking Second Wind against poke/ranged matchups in the notes but then you have a 3rd rune page specifically for ranged matchups. There isn't a clear line to differentiate between them and that might be confusing.
The runes section in your guide is way less detailed than in your cheat sheet. Having it more detailed in the guides means you don't need to have a paragraph in your notes which are generally harder to read.

Items:

This part is just way too cluttered starting from Initial Basing. I posted a template below to give you a better idea of how you can format it, keep in mind I didn't include everything.
Do you really build Serrated Dirk before your first item? If so, you should include when you would do so.
Again, the notes are entire paragraphs. Having a section dedicated to your items inside your guide can make it much easier to visualize and follow along.
Have a core items section for items you build 100% of the time and don't switch out regardless of circumstance. This would should include your mythic for sure. With that done, have a section for Offensive Options. This would include all the offensive options you can build depending on certain situations or factors. The same goes for Defensive Options.

Ability Order:

You have 6 points in Q and 4 points in W. That seems like a mistake.

Ability Sequence:

Same problem as the cheat sheet, you have 6 points in Q.
You probably do not the sequences here as they can fit in perfectly within your cheat sheet.
"In this section, I'll explain how to use Riven's abilities to their maximum potential." I'm not sure why this section is under ability sequence and not in its own chapter.
In my opinion, more clips can be used to demonstrate certain parts of this section, the Q Kite technique for example.

Formatting:

Please don't have the vast majority of the text in your guide centred. It just makes it harder to read.
As of currently, your guide has very simple and basic formatting. This is not a bad thing. However, if you would really like to set yourself apart from the competition, better formatting and aesthetics would go a very long way.

Not a very long review, unfortunately, but that's a result of there not being much to review. There is still a lot of things you can add. Things like wave management, freezing, mid game, late game, split pushing (how you can pressure objectives without being there, and which lane you should go to to splitpush), correct usage, catching waves vs pressuring, etc. There's way too many things you can talk about, and the more you can talk about without sacrificing conciseness and readability, the better.
