And Mobility boots mean bad day for unranked normal queue players. X3 Seriously, it's nice for counter-jungling and map-movement, but as soon as you enter a fight, that extra 3 enhanced MS goes away. I find Reginald constantly makes claims that only a high ELO player can make. I remember watching his Shaco videos, and thinking: "you can only say he's not UP because you're one of the best players. If you have to make a video teaching people how to play him, that just shows how many problems he's got."[/quote]

[/quote] I guess Shaco IS effectively UP since almost nobody can play him properly, but I've seen a few good Shacos that confused the crap outta me. I hate it when their level 6 Jungle Shaco sends his clone top, we all think Shaco is top, then the real him comes out of nowhere at middle or bottom. Shaco is a good champion, just really hard to master. I don't think I'll ever get the hang of him, since he has almost no free weeks (thank god).[/quote]
