Bots gain items over time.
Look at the items the bots have, they're definitely fed, yet they have crummy K/D/A ratios and farming.
Bots get stronger over time. It becomes ridiculously hard at some point.
Personally, I wish they wouldn't do this. They should make the bots more defensive (laning phase) to show realistic laning, and more aggressive (when up against low-HP or overextended players) for a more realistic mid-game.

A 900+ damage Ultimate on a 24 second cooldown with 2500~3000 range is epic. :D
