The **** talking about she only do dmg when fed, all a poppy needs is a triforce or a lichbane to dish out imba ****ing dmg, every thing ealse is just luxury... I wuld say her spells are a bit Op .... (Not to speak of that passive). Once i ulted soraka, and killed a whole ****ing team by my self... Just stack em hextech after tri force ;)
How to stop her? Best option is to pack ghost and run... becouse a good poppy will ult the weakest link and go rampage on your carrys, and there is nothing you can do but run

i've Seen a insta kill poppy,
she was in my team, she had trinity force and two bloodthirsters,hexdrinker and magic pen boots...
Once she targets you with ulti, You die XD
