Don't get Warmog's on Mundo

So yes, in low elo it's viable to still ban rammus because we lack any amount of decent tanks in this game. Shen's been fotm for years, and of all of those champions the only one that really annoys me is teemo. Teeemo >:-( hate that kid. But I ban teemo.
