Nah, I can just hop on mah shiny new laptop and have the exact same settings and run 50-60fps.

Maybe, but I don't really care about graphics, so long as they aren't absolutely horrible.

Oooor you could play it with a good GFX and max it without FPS drops!
OOOOOR you can have a piece of **** computer like me and play on the lowest settings and still run 10fps when out of combat.
When I'm in combat I get like, 5fps or something. Sometimes lower than that.
