My 10 years old computer is probably about twice as good as yours. How old is it exactly? O_o

6years. Been through a bunch of neglect and now it cant even run Maplestory at a solid FPS.

Lemme guess. You never defragment your HDD and have filled it to the brim?

My comp can still max most games at playable FPSes. Not games like Metro 2033 tho, but that will be solved when I update my graphics card ;)

Edit: Oh and Shadows Fiji, you might not be able to max shadows with that GFX. Most laptops have trouble doing that.
Btw; do you even know how to replace a GFX on a laptop? It's much harder than on a stationary comp.

I've never defragged it and I've never used too much HDD space at all. ;-;

In case you aren't joking.
Defragmenting is very good for your loading times and sometimes for your overall performance. I'm using MyDefrag. Those who use Linux or Mac don't have to bother with it tho as their systems don't fragment.
Microsoft needs to stop sucking :(
