I dont think that somebody can be very hard in lategame with this build. you dont have Armor and if the enemys have Thornmail you cant do anythink.i found that build needs more defensiv and more magic resist.

Well it worked out for me.Your mana is more than enough early game if you use a saphire crystal.The things i change is taking JITB at lvl 4 and instead of greed i use the mana regen mastery.+1

shaco is bad to not have at least one point in jitb before lvl 5.
so many reasons i can't fit them into this comment.
point is, just bad idea. the build has some merit though.
