Spells:
Smite
Flash
Ability Order
Fury of the North (PASSIVE)
Sejuani Passive Ability

Starting
Cloth armor, I believe itt's pretty obvious to start with this and 5
Health potions. This has no exeptions.
Boots
Mercury's Treads, I choose these because I like the reduced cc. Of course the magic resistance is also nice
Other Good Options
Great choise, since you are rather slow
Could be nice, great for running around the map, something you do a lot. I wouldn't recomment it though.
2nd major item
I get this as soon as possible, right after the boots.
The reason why I get this so early is because you can easily stack it's passive while jungling/ganking. And this item is a beast when fully stacked, escpesially since the passive health isn't lost upon death!
3rd major item
Health, Armor, Health regen, cooldown reduction and a great, team
Helping passive. Need I say more?
4th major item
You really need this, it gives great magic resistance and the very much needed movementspeed! This thing is a must, no exeptions!
5th item
I choose this becasue of a couple of reasons:
- It gives you increased health, which also scales nicely with your
- It's slow stacks with your passive, meaning your basic attacks will slow even more!
- It gives some attack damage.
Other options:
Also good because:
- Gives all you abilities an increased slow
- Gives ability power, meaning that your abilities will deal more damage
- Gives health
I'd choose between one of these, depending on how you like to play. I prefer
Frozen Mallet
6th item
I choose this mainly because of the passive: 2% of your maximum health is converted into attack damage. Since you'll be loaded with health, you'll get a decent amount of damage! Oh, and it gives armor and crit chance...
Other Option:
When you play more AP, this item is great: AP + Magic Resistence + Reduce Magic Resistance to enemies = Pretty good combination!
(NOTE: THIS ITEM CAN ALSO BE BOUGHT EARLIER IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT! I'D RECOMMENT GETTING IT EARLIER!)This thing is just nice for every playstyle.

Captain Obvious:
It's a jungle-build so
Smite is a must. Duh...
My other choise
One OP son of a *****, even after the nerf. I like this on nearly every champion. It let's you run, chase and troll!
Other nice spells
Take it if you prefer it or if you don't have flash. It has the same pro's, except the trolling part.
You could take this if you get cc a lot, I guess... I wouldn't recomment it though.
Bad spells
If you're good you don't need this, and if you're bad you shouldn't even jungle so... DON'T TAKE IT!
Not a bad spell, but don't waste your extra slot on it. You're not gonna need it anyway.
I wouldn't waste your slot on this, you don't need it.

Lore:
When Sejuani was born, the mystics of her tribe foretold that she would be the one to unite and lead the divided territories of Freljord. Her people had suffered for centuries, as a losing war on the frozen tundra pushed them farther and farther from Freljord's limited food supplies. Sejuani grew up surrounded by this misery, and it fueled her desire to fulfill her destiny. She pushed herself to extremes, walking out into blizzards without food or furs and training while frigid winds raked her flesh. She sparred with the strongest warriors of her tribe, one after another, until her legs would give out beneath her. She sustained injuries that would have killed any other member of the tribe, but she would only rise again, driven by sheer force of will and what her tribe took to calling her ''heart of the blizzard.''
On her twentieth birthday, Sejuani declared that she would lead her people out of their remote isolation to conquer the lands of their enemies. She had completed her training and she was ready to face the leaders of the opposing tribes. Her feats had already become legend and soldiers in her company were inspired to new heights of strength and resolve. However, before she struck out on her campaign, Ashe began campaigning for peace in Freljord, joining the League of Legends to demonstrate how the people could be spared violence. To Sejuani, this was a violation of tradition - a coward's ruse to hoard Freljord's precious few resources. She saw the confidence of her people wane as it seemed they would never be delivered from their plight. She decided that to truly prove herself as the rightful ruler of Freljord, she must defeat Ashe completely and unquestionably on the world's stage in the League of Legends.
"Freljord provides for the few. For the others, 'peace' means only death." - Sejuani
