I think you should switch up the skill sequence.
There's no point adding more points to NCC early game, points should be used on TC instead for more survivability. You only need one point in NCC for AH lock-ons. NCC shouldn't be a large source of damage.
Other than that, this build is really susceptible to high AP Nukers late game, not much Magic Resistance at all. After a swap most AP ranged champs will nuke you down instantly in a team fight.

Wriggle's Lantern can be eliminated entirely (you can just build the vampric scepter early if you decide you want BT later for the same effect). BC can be replaced with Last Whisperer for a more reliable ArP item (BC relies heavily on stacking basic attack hits which is very unlikely with Urgot). FM is unreliable for the same reason on BC and you can get much more survivability from other items (Banshees is always a good recommendation [gives 7.5 AD from mana too]). I usually replace my Brutalizer with Last Whisperer to maintain a high ArP (Youmuus is less beneficial imo).

I will look into it. Any recommendations on what to replace the items you mentioned with?
And BC and FM are just for melee, while your acid hunter is on CD, which is very short, you get off a shot. Which either reduces armor, or slows them down so you can hit them easier... That is why the last 3 items are said 'Situational items only' in the Items chapter.

I'm not saying he isn't an AD character. I'm saying you have too many things that are based on his basic attacks instead of his actual primary damage source (which does not apply on hit effects like BC or FM). Also I have never had a problem farming with Urgot with especially with a large mana pool to allow Acid Hunter last hitting pretty early in the game.

All of Urgot's skills (except the shield) go straight off of AD... Read the skills first please...

But yes he is a solely AD char.. Play a game, you have 0 magic damage done at the end. All of his skills do straight AD and armor pen is needed...

I think you have too much reliance on basic attacks in this build (Wriggles, Black Cleaver, Frozen Mallet, Youmuus).
