It's pointless to build Attack speed on Nocturne. The only time I get any items with Atk Speed is Zerkers, and that is only if they have very few hard CC's.

I run Atk Speed Reds and will get 1.5+ just from his W's passive. This is the beauty of Nocturne and practically the only reason I play him.

First of all, I don't understand why you put Ezreal to good laning partners.

Second, a melee champ without tankiness is stupid. At teamfights, you'll be quite useless. I don't know why you do this, but that is a very silly idea to stack up nothing but damage on a melee champ. If you bought only 2 DPS items, boots, and got some defense, you could deal more damage than you do with this build for that you will survive much longer.

Also, Noc does not need a lot of damage. Champs like Noc, Renekton and so on need armor penetration(Brutaliser) instead of B.F. Sword. Noc, for example, has a spell which gives him all the attack damage he needs. Buying more AD won't synergize with it, but buying ArPen will.

I believe you looked at the wrong build, Click the top 4 pictures to see my builds on my guide. Also I replied to your message. Also I am going to test this build to see what it is like. Something you should try as well ;) Thanks

I agree with DestinedtoGame. Very awesome build and good call on the AP, but there's no CDR. Then again your spells come up quite often (or at least Duskbringer does.) as Nocturne without CDR, so it's not really not all that necessary to get it. I'm not sure of exact cooldowns on his abilities, but you would get the picture.

Very interesting build. I shall give it a try. I can see why building ap would do good with him. His shield getting a buff is a good thing. But you don't have any CDR. Outside that it's rather awesome. Good job as always.
