It's really pathetic to see the two comments above me trying to make this a bad build/guide.
1) :/ Quints of Avarice? Now that the support meta isn't that strong, I don't think these are necessary. However, you do buy two Philo Stones, so it's probably fine.
2) Patch Notes/Changelog should be moved to the bottom, due to delaying the reader from reading more fun stuff.
3) Could you skew your build to be based on some more AP? As sustain was nerfed, Sona's attacks should deal some damage. Her Q is a power house with a Lich Bane :P
4) Skills section: Is a great wall of text and lot of copied information. Delete the wiki info and just leave your own stuff there. Also, consider using columns, or some sort of formatting to make your section look better.
5) No need to list useless summoner spells.
6) No suggestion of Quints of Fortitude? Or Seals of Replenishment? Or Glyphs or Shielding? More alternative runes would be good.
7) Try centring your item icons and headings.
8) You could detail an alternative build that focuses on AP to go with your AP vs Cooldown/support chapter.
Constructive Criticism:
1) <3 Sona. Just wondering if this has been updated after the sustain nerf...
2) Items: I'm not too sure about them. Mainly Eleisa's in particular. Especially when you are making Sona an AP powerhouse with runes, it seems odd you're sticking with the support items. I'd suggest grabbing
3) Great guide for Support Sona, but I'd like to see an AP Sona, with RoA as core. Just my opinion +1
1) Everyone <3 Sona, and yes I did update it, says so in the title. That very day in fact. Was something off from the previous version that I didn't catch?
2) I thought I changed the runes in the build cheat-sheet. Thanks for mentioning that. On items, the reason for Elisa's Miracle is I opt to take the CDR from
3) Support Sona just seems much more effective from what I've seen, and it's pretty cheap too. Thank you muchly for the comments.

Sure you aren't getting CS, this is covered in the guide you seemingly failed to read. However with the number of assists Sona generates, Philosopher's Stone is more than enough for gold generation on top of runes and
Alternate runes and rune setups are in fact given. I used AP quints and glyphs for the longest time, and haven't update the main build so I do thank you for pointing that out. Currently my support page has
Capping CDR is already done through masteries and items. Using runes on top of it is just overkill. Sona has a zone threat even through the late game because of her
I didn't make an entire section dedicated to enemy matchups, because for the most part you will always play the same against everyone. The support stays in the back, avoiding personal contact with enemy champions, casting spells in order to win the fight. I'm sure we can all agree on that. If I went through and listed every single one it would be tedious and too repetitive. Teams that work well with Sona are listed however and that isn't nearly as boring. Different people have different qualities that work with her. Thus, I explain these and who I think compliments her well.
Now I did seem to forget about wards specifically, but that can just be touched over. There's already a great guide here on mobafire on the subject.
Still a pretty nice build for an offensive support. Peace
