Well, I play Kennen with a rushed Rylai's, Guinsoo, Deathcap, then Hextech. That's AP/Hybrid with better sustained damage. :)

I despise rylai's on Kennen...the slow is worthless. If you get it for the health you'd honestly be better off with a RoA (despite the mana). It gives more health, more AP, and it's a slightly cheaper item. The initial health is 630 (vs. 500 on RCS) and the initial AP is 80 (same as RCS), but the growths get it up to 810 health and 100 AP (which is much better than the rylai's).

I guess it's more hybrid-DPS? Lichbane was good, so I figured Trinity force would be better. The stun is more for the irritation of knowing Kennen is gonna crit you down before it wears off.
