You rush a Phantom Dancer. Why the hell would you do that? It provides MS and ATK Speed. You need raw damage from a B.F. Sword, or a Brutalizer at least. You run full AS runes, you need more? You're going to literally be doing 50dmg per hit, plus expunge damage. Your AS from Ambush should be fine without runes. You have no real survivalbility in this build. One stun, GG dead Twitch. You take 4 points in Alacrity, neglecting to max Sunder. Um, what? Sunder (Armor Pen) is A LOT more important than AS on Twitch. Especially when you're shoving tons of it up his ***. You also have a fairly expensive item build. Do you honestly think you can last hit/roam well enough to get most of it?
You hit the nail on the head. Rushing Phantom Dancer is a bad call. Bloodthirster, Black Cleaver, and Frozen Mallet are all situational as well.
Sunder is also a huge Mastery to have. I dont know if ArP is always more important the Attack Speed on the grand sceme of things, but for your masteries you should have it.
i would feel a bit better with a frost mallet after IE or BT for the extra health but thats just me
