How can you even beat this kind of team?

Her ult can push the other team away, and even if Kat is shielded and doesn't get pushed away it will at least stop your team from dying to them and maybe give you a chance to kill Kat before she shunpo's away. Besides of that you should consider building [[Force of Nature]]/[[Banshee's Veil]] against a 4AP/1AD Team, especially if they have so much AoE damage. If Morgana was your problem, your Malzahar could have tried to silence or suppress her, but building some MRes would have been an effective counter against both Morgana and Katarina. As soon as she shunpo's away because of low health she shouldn't be that much of a threat(The team you faced had no healing support so she would only been able to attack again with a high risk of death) and you should focus the Morgana and Ashe.
