Nice build, took a quick gander at it, time doesn't permit more. Also, about the
1. For your damage output, the enemy team will want to focus you, sometime or later.
2. They start chasin' you while you have
3. They've got tunnel vision, and they can't see the damage you are doing to them.
4. When they finally realise what the **** is going on, it will be too late, as you slowed them down too hard for them to escape.
5. ??????

Only problem with this is that at some point in the game they wont chase after you anymore ;) However then it becomes a great CC that you can use to cut down the MS of ppl chasing your teammates. All you need is to pop ult + ghost and you can cut infront of anyone! so yeah, the scepter is a item i often end up with taking ;) ty for comment and vote!

Basically the same kinda build I use except I go for defence rather than utility for masteries and AP Quints to get some good power from the start.
Honestly I dont suffer too much from AD so I generally go for force of nature but if they dont have any casters then yeah frozen shield is good, also maybe add a quicksilver sash if needed cause sometimes the banshee veil gets taken off by something stupid like a weak AoE and then you get hit by ashe's arrow.
But all around a great build, definately reccomend it. +1

I Agree with you on the Force of Nature part in general! The melee AD will have too much troubble cathing up with you to be able to deal much dmg at all. However some teams have strong ranged AD, and that makes me go for armour. The main reason i use HP quints is really just to demotivate a lvl 1 FB on me. So AP quints is a very sound choise aswell.
I agree with the fact that banshee's veil is easy to counteract for heroes like vlad (that can spam pretty much everything imo) but they can really ruin the fun for chain casters, so thats my reason for getting it;) Quicksilver isnt that much used in games and prolly the mest overlooked item in the game. However it gives a great activate that combined with
On a closing note id just wanna say that i build singed so that he is a menace for the other team:
No tank can soak dmg if he is NOT focused. No one focuses a chunk of HP, Armour and MR unless its a threat, and that is why we need some AP to get focus.

This was my first guide, so it needs a bit tweaking and fixing here and there. I've played HoN, DoTa and now LoL, so i've tried a lot and i really fell in love with Singed.
Be sure to try him out, as he is really underestimated and somewhat rarely seen.
