We had some server issues earlier today and some down time. We should be all back to normal now, though. If you have any troubles loading the site at this point, let me know :)

I can't publish my guide as complete because of a bug in the mastery counter. The message for 'needing to improve my guide' is at the top even though everything is covered. It says I only have 18 points in Offense though there are 21. I ruled out every other source.

It could be this, but more likely that you have not exceeded the 5,000 character requirement for it to show as a guide, so that box will not disappear until you do so.

Yeah, that happens with pretty much all the builds I am editing. Just a bug I think, don't worry about it so much :P
