i like this idea. But it would have to be made with the same quality of WoW to take off, and i don't think they have the money for that. They can barely keep servers up for this game, imagine riot trying to keep an entire digital world running?
yeah. the lore is amazing enough to do this. but the problem is making classes. ie every champ from LoL is specialized from a handful of class choices. but from what i can see, there will be
a ninja class (of course)
something special for demacia
something special for noxus
and other than that it'd need more work than just 5 seconds of thought lol.

That would be so true but they would most likely charge you to play the game like any other mmorpg game out there so I could see them pull it off and with the money they'll make from it there will be stable servers!

There probably be normal classes like warrior, mage, and ect. The charatcers from the LoL would obviously make an appearance in the game. You would see a huge Alistar or Mal and you and a couple of people try to kill it. It would be epic! Level 80 of course.

yeah, since mmorpg's work with classes and not character, you wouldn't be able to pick up ezreal and level him. He may however be someone you come across during your travels, as he may be a quest giver or something. Though i doubt that LoL has enough lore to create a WoW style universe, it's definately a good start. I doubt it will ever happen, but one can have fun with the idea.
as i mentioned, they would have to belong to one of those classes too, everyone would.
and lol that would be funny if you could use your characters in the arenas.
so then i guess besides choosing "race" you'd choose which faction to play for. I can think of possibly 6? factions, or just make em teams, like demacia would lead one team and noxus the other. of course its gotta be around those 2 fighting eachother.

I don't really think that would be too great. Most people don't play this game for the lore (I hope). I think it should stay the way it is. It's suppose to be a strategy, and I couldn't see myself playing a huge RPG of the lore. Just my opinion.
