Teemo does have the best tank ability in the game.

Global Taunt: Anytime Teemo pops up on the map every enemy is drawn towards him and do all in their power to kill Teemo. Always Active.

I'd say Shen and/or Malphite. Both are good for initating, can take lots of damage and do some as well.

I like his versatile gameplay
Love his shield that gives him health
Amazing passive makes for a MR Tank with heavy AP
Smexy ultimate.

I still like Shen (my main tank) but Galio brings the pain XD!
