btw, the revolver and scepter no longer proc with his overheated magic damage. The hextec nerf pretty much kills the revolver rush.

I agree with the guide but, I do have to suggest the CD boots since that helps u spam ur shield more and u can hit DZ faster. Granted it's a little harder to manage, the JYTitan mode is amazing when it procs all effects like spell vamp and rylai's. Also upgrading to WoA from hextech isn't a terrible idea either, but that's just how I play him. I typically get ignite and tele since i can instabuy items without losing exp. and the ignite + flamespitter combo is just deadly. I have to agree with the mastery setup since that's exactly what I use except for the 1 point in exhaust. As far as runes go, I like to get more health runes (what champs don't like the extra health?) since it just makes him that much harder to kill. Since ur shield is on a 4s cd, u can basically offtank while dealing ****tastic amounts of damage. Good build though! :)

I don't agree with the hextech revolver because it only gives your Q 10% spellvamp, not sure whether it gives your ulti 10% or 5% but you should check and possibly correct, which is much worse then spending money on some extra potions and rushing rylais instead also spellvamp only works on activated abilities dealing magic damage so it has no effect on your passive.

It's good that you mentioned his ultimate being bugged it has annoyed me a lot.

I play him with 9/0/21 or 0/9/21 because I want as high movespeed level 1 as possible, with 3 quints and those masteries you get 344.

I wouldn't reccomenend taking gunblade and exhaust because he already has so much slows which, and since most slows don't stack additively it wastes a lot. What would you prefer? An enemy which is slowed 85% from 2 harpoons and ignited, or just a 90% slowed enemy?

And unless you level up harpoons first you will always lose alot of damage when you overheat, except the earliest levels, because 4,5 seconds of flamespitter + normal auto attacks will dps more then, then 3 seconds flamespitter + overheated auto attacks.

Good luck improving the guide.

Edit: You should consider swithing voting system to requiring a comment for votes.

Is it just me, or does anyone else get electric harpoon first? It's great for bush checks early game for ganks, ranged, and slows. It also is a great harasser, and with the flamespitter at level 2, keeps them away, which is great for denying experience.
All I'm saying is to upgrade electric harpoon if your playing against a heavy melee team, so you can deny and force them to not get much experience.

Think its a rly good build played with it sometimes it really works your shield is very good with ap and i think you are a little bit of a tank with that can u dont go down so easy and your attacks is really good i tried this build with soulstealer and i got 900 ap thought it was better then the 57 magic resist.

rly good anyways

Nice guide, i like the balance you have with high AP and using that AP to increase your health. You sound more like me, creating a guide to force you to be very active! If your not constantly using your abilities then its game over.

Love the guide and ill be using this one since we have the same playing style *Thumbs Up*

Great damage and decent survivability with spell vamp and armor/resists items. In this build he is not an off tank unless u buy a purely defense item but a sturdy dpser than can on some cases solo 2 or 3 champs at a time and come out on top. Just lay down ur ulti and stand on it. If they are dump enough to go for u there then they suffer the consequences.
