I am disappoint, no argument from duff :(
Stay with one sig, please. It is very annoying if you have a new sig every other post. Thanks.
Hey Duff, I just wanted to say this Sion build is ****ING AMAZING. Sion was one of my first champions, and I was just completely stumped on how to build him. I built him AP, Lifesteal, Crit, AD, but nothing really seemed to click just perfect. This. Is. Perfect. Thank you! I also kind of feel the same way with Nasus, and I'm sure soon I will try this Nasus build as well! Thanks for the AMAZING build! :)
Cheers, I like this Sion for 3v3.
I find AP Sion is rather effective in 5v5, but like I mentioned... Sometimes you just don't know when you'll need to be a bit Off-Tanky.
Another option as well is swapping the BV for FoN. Just depends on what you're up against =-)
People have also mentioned how they don't like Hextech on Nasus, and there are other items if you'd prefer. It is amusing when your ult steals life, and so does your Spirit Visage. It's mostly chosen for offense but it adds a subtle touch of survivability as well.
If you want a more defensive build, you might consider switching it for an early Spirit Visage, as that will improve your life steal on your passive.
I like to have at least 1 Life steal item on Nasus, because of his passive, but it's also not necessary.
Warmogg's is another choice, if you need to be really tanky.
I.E: Xin's life recovery, zomg let's buff it.
I'd rather just build defensive items, and the health recovered = better.
Having said that, SV is a decent item defensively so... =P
I am disappoint, no argument from duff :(
Well there's nothing to argue really.
Just different ways to play different champions, and a lot of these builds are not "Ideal" builds for the champs themselves, but rather, options when you realize you have no other choice ^^
Also, I am drunk, so thinking up reasons for **** is difficult =D
Yet the guide will not be updated!
For I am drunk!
Also, these guides are not 100% do this builds. Jus examples of ways to OffTank.
Ren:
I really recommend Wit's End &/ Spirit Visage on him now. IMO SV is core now and on hit items synergize super well with his w. You could go crit and get IE, Executioners tank tank tank, boots, or you could go malady, madred's, tank tank tank, boots, or even atmog's, or even wriggles + sv combo. What I would recommend for your current build is take out SFC (great synergy with ult but you srsly don't need more armor lol) and FoN and replace them with an early wit's/spirit visage.
Udyr:
Cookie cutter Udyr build, not that bad. Though to get faster jungling time and to not be counter jungled easily you need a point in turtle at level 2 and then you can proceed to get bear at lvl 3 or 4. Seriously though, you need that point in turtle. SV is pretty godly on him too.
Nasus:
Have no clue why you take Spirit Fire so late. If you're soloing you need it more then Q cause only in optimal situations will you get to farm Q up. And E helps with that too. Questioning your use of Gunblade here too, but that's just me.
Sion:
Already know my thoughts, but at least you went AD. Not maxing enrage first and not taking a point in w for a long time is kinda bad though. IMO maxing shield > stun until you get
tank items is better but that's just me.
Olaf:
SV is good on him and honestly he needs it cause ignite just cripples him otherwise now. Ignite still kinda cripples him. >.>
Xin: SV is good on him too.
Urgot:
Questioning why you get Hextech and also why Shield isn't maxed second cause it's tons more useful in lane then E. Free Frozen Mallet ftw. You could potentially get a FM too if you wanted some early dominance lol.
Jax: Nerfed his AD ration on Q to .70, needs to go AP now or his damage sucks *** early and mid game. Madred's just ain't that good now. D:
why on olaf would you want hextech gunblade. he does not have one ablity that scales with ap and hextech is kindve a terrible item for its cost on most champions.... some it is great. if you say for the slow please to god i hope that is not the reason if you think about all the slows he already has and the team the items active is not very good.
AD, Spellvamp, lifesteal, active.
You can swap it for any item you want however.
The downvoters crack me up haha.
