Can you try to publish your guides again now, and see if your changes show up properly? I've fixed a couple issues now and it is working in my local tests, should be working OK on the site now :)

Alright, I tried publishing the guides again, but my changes still do not show up when I log off, however I talked to my friends and they said they are now able to vote on guides whereas they were receiving the "Already Voted" message.
