What I like is the idea for the build overall. I like the runes because mana is a problem with MF. I don't know if you really need both glyphs and seals, but that's your preference, and I don't have any real issue.
I also like your focus in the guide on her flexibility in laning and teamfighting situations. She doesn't have to be mid. In fact, I like her better when she's NOT mid. She is much more effective with a partner throughout the game. Duo bot lane is where she has her home.
Items are good for her. It's a good general build. Not much to be said there.
Now here's what I don't like.
Perseverance. This is the most USELESS mastery on the list. It provides no real benefit, and should not be taken over good hands. It is a plain fact that you will die in games. MF is a carry, and she WILL be focused. No one should ever die, but the fact is, you will in any REAL game with people who know anything about the game. It's minor either way, I know, but 6 seconds less on the cooldown timer at the end of the game actually functions, whereas 1 mana per second at lvl 18 does not.
No mention of the masteries at all in the guide. Please explain your choices when making the build. People should know your reasoning.
Give some situational items. I found this by searching for full guides, and I don't consider anything to be a full guide unless it actually covers all the bases, and that includes suggestions for building situationally. Maybe it's in the items section, but I can't read it hardly for the following reason.
Lastly, the formatting. Or lack thereof. Please proofread? I'm asking nicely (I'd even do it for you) because I really didn't want to read this guide when I saw it. It was illegible to me. The lack of spaces made it less of a guide and more of a runic tome. Use clear English and I will immediately bump this up even if you changed nothing else.
I hope I didn't come off too strong when saying all this, but I really think that this build is solid and could be so much more with some good polish.
Cons:
-1 Hit and mobility goes down (This is a problem, but not a horrible one.)
-Very susceptible to exhausts/ blinds (Most dps champions are, in my experience.)
-Low health pool early game (Shouldn't matter too much, as Miss Fortune is a hit'n'run champion.)
-Needs damage from items for q (If you're farming minions to gain levels, then the amount of gold earned should be sufficient enough.)
On a personal note, I don't particularly see a need for Cripple. -10 to magical resistances is good, don't get me wrong. I simply am not used to using the spells, and find myself using them minimally, if at all. Additionally, Greed seems like a weak talent to put 1 mastery point in. 1g every 10 seconds = 6g every 60 seconds = 180g per 30 minute game. Seems a little unnecessary, as you could easily take down 1-2 mini bosses for an equal amount. Those 1-2 points could be used for something else such as an extra 1% of either AP or AR. Its a matter of preference really. So, whatever floats your boat, I guess.
