For TF ap is the best 2-3 doran ring into sheen into rabbadon into lichbane
but TF is really useful only in premade when his ganks split push and backdoor can shine with team coordination , you will rather get a pubstomper for solo games
I Have no idea for kog sry^^

When I was playing as Kog, I usually build hybrid, but focus more on AD.
Hextech Gunblade and
Guinsoo's Rageblade are good choices.

And
Malady (on both oddly enough, although more common on Kog)

If you're building attackspeed kog you should focus on pure attackspeed / magic pen because those are the only things that affect Madred's proc, and also help your W. I have a kog build that focuses on these if you want to check it out.
Since the most recent patch Kog benefits more from a hybrid build (his q reduces magic pen and armor pen, and his R scales off ap and ad). However, I still feel like Madreds, Malady, Frozen Mallet are core items for him.
TF I prefer AP because his laning phase is better, and he has more poke and burst damage for when he ults in to finish someone. If you watch videos of bigfatjiji playing he'll typically go 2x doran's rings, regular boots, then needlessly large rod (to build into deathcap or zhonya's depending on how you're doing). Early sheen I find not very helpful since it only scales off base attack damage, so I wait until I have an AP item then build a lichbane.

Thanks to GrandMasterD for my sig!
I was mainly thinking that Malady + Stacked deck would be a good combo...
although I knew it was good on Kog too

My friend builds TF as Berserker Greaves, Sword of the Divine, Wit's End, Malady.
Then he buys AP/spell pen i think.
Tri lane for life.

Omg I did something right
I have no real experince with Kog maw so can't help you there.
As for TF your gonna need to window shop a bit maybe play a few Ai games, and see what you like best. (I personally play him AD, but I can play him AP as well). So find what you like and that is the best way to play him, but learning both ways can give you such an advantage.
Low ELO= People telling you to play AD
High ELO= People telling you to him AP.
Though his best point is his abillity to go either full AP or full AD (Perferably with some AS). Fit what your team needs.

In my eyes there is only justice

Check out my AP/AD TF Build
AP all the way.
Kog'maw depends on preference.
AD (Madred's + Frozen Mallet) takes a while to scale, and you're very vulnerable.
AP's very expensive but you'll do very well late-game if you build properly.
Hybrid's usually a junk build on either, as it's very expensive without making them excel at anything.

I am having trouble finding the best build for TF and Kog'Maw. The question is the same for both of them, should I go straight AP, straight AD or hybrid? From your experience, what seems to work best? 'Cause I really have no idea of which build to chose and I could use some help.
Thanks in advance
