Stacking items are BAAAAAAAAAAD (it's like holding a sign saying "please focus me". get some sort of alternative, it really doesn't matter what you take as that slot is usually situational). Don't start with a meki pendant, start with a doran's ring. Mercury's treads are better than boots of mobility, due to the prevalence of CC in the current metagame. You also NEED a void staff (your passive is magic damage and is weakened by MR). For Quints take MrPen quints (ALL of them). For your summoners, I prefer Ghost over Flash on champions like Brand, but that's just me. Your masteries are really bad. Don't master summoners that you don't use, it's just a wasted mastery point. Take Spell Penetration over mastered Ignite (Trust me, it's worth it). Good Hands is better than perseverance as perseverance doesn't really do much (you won't have enough Magic Regen to even get ONE Mp5 from it). Awareness is much better than expanded mind, as expanded mind scales horribly, while awareness levels you faster. Your skill leveling is correct, but everything else is not so good.
I think you are missing the point in this. It is to replace the concept of matching your enemies with the idea of beating them to the punch. If you do this right you will have more AP then they can handle at their level. Basic it uses mana regeneration to replace mana items. So your gold is better spent. Regardless of what they plan to spend on magic resist items u will have Ur heavy AP before they can afford it. Basically staying ahead of the game. It's a very aggressive build. If you get Hung up and don't constantly hank and harass then it fails. If you do and build up those mejais stack you own. The beautiful thing is if you so fail its easy to notice it and switch to another build. With no wasted gold by getting items like dorians. Just 605 gold and you don't have to relly on mana gen with a tear.
Victory: 17/0/3
Didn't finish Rabadons Before the other team surrendered. Was laning mid solo against Vayne. Got 3 kills against Vayne before level 5 from the conflag, sear, pillar, ignite combo. Also had all 20 stacks on Mejai's before level 12
