thank you for your suggestions i will now amend the rune choices. as for the choice in summoner spell goes, i have listed that any of the other popular summoner spells is also worth taking if you do not like to have clarity. thank you for your input

Why would you choose clarity for Cass? she already has decent mana regen, as long as you are not spamming Q it shouldn't prove to be a problem early game. Additionally, clarity will lose its effectiveness late game, I would recommend instead.

I would also suggest a change for the runes as well. While you are maximising your AP you are missing out on MPen.

I will not down vote it as it is a decent guide, I believe there is room for improvement however.
