I just updated my build a bit. I simplified it so it only has 2 builds now. I also added a Pros/Cons section. There's a few other random things I added here and there too.

Ya, I like getting my Rabadons earlier than DFG just because DFG doesn't do as much damage until you have some ap with it. So I don't get it till later. And Rabadons is so good for Veig to get early because it'll boost the ap you're constantly building with Baleful Stike.

I recommened Deathfire before Rabadons due bursting mid game .

Thanks for the comments and votes guys! I reworked my build a bit. I changed my main build so it has a Banshee's Veil for survivability cuz I agree with Mr. Zapatou here. I still don't feel like RoA is right for me tho... I like RoA better than ZHG obviously. You guys saw my big ZHG rant. So ya, I changed my main build and I put my old build as the "All Offensive" (the 4th build). Ya sometimes I like not getting mejai's too. I really like my "no mejai's build". I feel like that's the best way to go about not getting a mejai's. I added a link to LoL wikia under my Void Staff section. You can't have negative magic resist on the enemy with Void staff actually. Only with Magic resistance REDUCING items. Check out that link. But yes, I do love the Void Staff as well, I just think it's a 5th item kinda thing. You can read my reason I added for that too. Ya, definitely don't get DFG early. Just get the lucky pick early. I agree. But I feel like almost every game you play there will be at least 1 tank to use DFG on if not 2 tanks.

This will be my rant about what I think you can change to make this better build (I have not built a Veigar build but he’s my main)
1. Mejai's is usually a waste on Veigar, because if he’s ANY good, he will be concentrated and killed fast, ending all stacks.
2. Void staff! It is a good item to have for its high magic pen, and if u build good, you can have them with NEGATIVE MR, this is a must in what I get.
3. Morello's Evil Tome, personally, I think this is a great item paired with blue buff, huge CDR and AP, and a nice lil mp/5 also. I understand why you chose DFG, but the active isn’t the best versus NON tanks, and if there is a tank, u should be for help, you won’t be soloing a team as Veigar. Versus tanks however, it is without a question, the best. But, I’ve found more Veigars building straight to DFG and using its active to pop a banshee’s veil (TO ALL VEIGARS! THIS IS BAD IDEA).
4. For the first two items, I know this is everyone preference, but I like Meki and a mana pot, also because I will need the extra mana for those last hits.
5. The item order. IF you get Mejai's, I would suggest HIGHLY to get it after boots, because of what I said above, and if u do get a Mejai’s, get a Rabadon's right after, then work to goddesses' tear. The blue buff is good enough this early in the game. The high AP boost from Rabadon's is AMAZING early-mid game.

EDIT: 6. The quints can be better as flat hp quints, i think they give like 26 each (not positive) and it helps early game for survivability.
