it's done automatically... just be sure you're using the "create guide/build" option.
You'll have the places to select those items there :)

but yea, go to tools > create build/guide, and then select a champion, there you can set the skill order, items, summoner spells, masteries, runes, and chapters.

Looking at your build, you have not selected a champion.
You need to do that first then, build off them.
BTW wRAth, I know a couple people that could really use the FAQ/guide to making guides. I had to explain it to at least 3 other friends in immense detail. Just saying, it might be needed.
