You yourself demonstrated a lack of knowledge about the game by admitting you hadn't realized that tp was a viable replacement for clarity
Why?
Cause you cant take constructive criticism, and call it ********, and says that he only wants his build up, and your down.
If you want to be much more tanky you should get a Tear in there somewhere because that will be an extra 500hp to the shield late game. Turn it into a Manamune or an Archangel which I don't advise, but with a Manamune it will add a lot of AD with just one item. Through Blitz's W and E he can take down Towers very quickly and be able to get away making him a great pusher if not needed in a fight or he is left unattended.

Total ********, and here's why:
Goal #1: feed the carry, herefor you need to do as much damage as possible EARLY GAME, so the carry (your lanepartner) can finish it off easy. This is the main reason you max rocket grab first.
Goal #2: with this build your being the tank / support, not a AP Blitz as you said in your comment. This build uses the damage that comes from blitz his skills regardles of your ability power. Thats why you dont see any AP items except for Rod of Ages wich gives mana, survivability, and that super passive from catalyst.
Summary:
If you see the items of a build and then think he this dsnt work in my opinion, read the discription of it. You didn't even take time to read my build, cuz what i mentioned above and what u mentioned in your comment is all explained in my description of items and tactics. You just tried to downvote me so your build goes up, but you need a comment to do that on my build and thats why u came up with these pointless accusations. Therefor you are reported. Nabcake

Maxing rocket grab isn't the greatest idea. It's cooldown doesn't reduce by much overall and the damage really isn't the main reason for it. Playing AP Blitz severely reduces the usefulness of two of your four skills. As AP Blitz you are dealing damage from your pull and ult which have very long cooldowns meaning you really can't do much damage and once you pull and ult in a fight your pretty useless until your stuff coolsdown again.
