After playing orinna more and more i noticed that sorcere's shoes is great early game but in late game it is a bit inferior to CDR boots.So u can consider adding those as optional and i just noticed u stated ap/lvl quints flat ap quints are better they give 2 less ap but u'd get 15ap @ lvl 1 in stead of 21 ap @ lvl 18.

I do realize that she has a slow on Command: Dissonance, but I can understand the not needing it part. And I'll put the RoA in here because with AA and everything it will give you more AP and everything.. I planned on making revisions to it sooner or later. So I'll defiantly add that to the build. :)

I do know that she doesn't need a Zhonya's Hourglass if you know how to play her.. I never get it.. Though sometimes when I'm getting focused I get it. Or when I want that +100 Ability Power. I've been looking at the RoA's and haven't yet tried it.. So I think this next game that I play I'll get that. I see what you're saying about the Archangels Staff being a tad useless if you don't have the mana. But I calculated everything with Archangel's staff (the 3% of mana converts to Ability Power) and by the near end of the game with AA you should at least accumulate 100 Ability Power.

Ok this is a good build and very smilar to other ones i supported,but i think i said this tom nay times now crusader is totally right RoA+Archangel must have and RoA>Rylai's u should remove rylai's from this order and add it as last item optional,cause RoA gives u more hp gives u mana and best of all costs a tiny bit less :)).Plus the slow on rylai's is not the best since ur W already does the same thing.

I saw another build very similar to this, i will say one thing that always bothers me she does not need zhonyas hourglass at all if you know how to play her.
and without a RoA archangels can be useless at times.

I won't up or down this build cause you do a thorough job with your guide.

Awesome build ^^ It is very helpful. I tried other builds but they were not so good like this one. I like it because you offer more than one variant of the runes, and masteries. I use runes for health, ability power and magic penetration. ^^ Really very good job! =) +1

Yeah, I wasn't quite sure, I use different runes for her like HP runes for more survivability. Seals are pretty difficult to begin with with AP users imo.

to be honest its a good even for when she is not on sale for so long
but i like this build tried it and works good for me but im not sure on the flat mana runes id prefer different but thats our own preference
