Safer?

SAFER?

The Safety Dance is forbidden in the Danger Zone!

Seriously though, any laner who beats Mundo will have even less trouble with an Electro-Harpoon Rumble. If you take Electro-Harpoon first, ranged characters can hide behind their minion line and harass you with impunity. Melee characters can wait until the 2nd harpoon is gone and then initiate on you, knowing you won't have good damage for another 6 seconds.

Maxing Flamespitter first is a must against decent competition. It's guaranteed damage, it goes through minion lines, it has half the cooldown of Electro-Harpoon, and it can be used twice before the enemy makes it back to their tower. Not much else to say, really. The only time I put more points in Electro-Harpoon early is when I'm trapped in a 1v2 lane against champs that push the lane well.

Rylai's and Rabadon's are the only core items on that build. I pick Will of the Ancients over Abyssal Scepter because the people I'm helping with my item choices usually need survivability more than damage at that point in the game, but Abyssal Scepter is a viable choice and it did get a mention.

It's really good but i don't like maxing flamespitter first, max electro-harpoon always, feels much safer.

Also i don't like grabbing will of the ancients, try taking abyssal scepter? It's really good.

Chech my Rumble build too! :) You're gettin + from 'ere
