ELO Hell isn't a definite zone.
ELO Hell is a term that is meant to represent the area where your team mates are so terrible that you can not advance out of the ELO range despite not being of the same skill level as your team mates.
The problem with "ELO Hell" is that if your team mates are really so terrible, then it's not going to be you and 4 bad vs 5 pros, it's you and 4 bads vs 5 bads.
The only thing you have to do to get out of ELO Hell is to be good enough to carry 4 bads against 5 bads.

At 100, Elo Hell is a Mordekaiser stacking Manamunes, feeding, and muttering in Portuguese about how he is #1.
At 1200 it's a team without a jungler.
At 1400 it's an Udyr sitting at bot at the 40 minute mark.
At 1800 it's the other team having 2200+ Elo Smurfs.

the worst thing is, I was like "omfg no way to carry yourself out of elo hell, NO WAY" and then I was proven wrong :/
one game I had a guy who was 1900 elo and playing his friends account, he started at 1100 elo, we met the same day at 1200 elo and at the end of the day he was 1300 elo, he has lost 1 out of 20~ games, which just shows that its just about if u are good or not :( so i belong to 1200, sux.

I can get out of it for sure, I'm good enough to carry a whole team (if they don't feed the enemy, that is). But the thing is that I want to go deeper in the hole, I want to get till 0.
My friend ask me why, I said: "That's the reason why I play. The chance of getting a good team and play with your allies is almost zero compared to the chance of getting a bad team and have to win the game yourself."
About the avoiding queue: Idk, I have to wait some minutes after that, and I hate this waiting thing.
Another last thing: I've read the new champion's system. He'll get a fking nerf for sure.

You will be sinking as deep as no player was before, just to see that everythings the same down there.
If you want to play with idiots, play 5v5 Custom you with 4 Bots(NUNUBOT) agaisnt 5 buddys, or simply join normal solo queue.

Yeah, I noticed that. I've won a match and as you said, nothing changed.
I just didnt get the play normal games and idiots relation. To tell the truth, I find more good players in normal games than in ranked matches.
I still think that RIOT should create a test to see if the person should or not play rankeds. Only having x champions is ridiculous. Anyone can buy the cheapest champions and play rankeds.

I think the one about 1200 is off a little bit, its usually everyone wanting to play a carry and not picking what the team comp needs.

i don't know about leaving ranked queues, but i heard if you repeatedly leave ranked queue you could be banned for leaving (not a long ban, though)
not sure if true, i heard it after the whole "Camera" ranked dealio
I've queue dodged 3 out of my like... 8 ranked queues, and it's looking like it will be a lot more frequent this week.
Here's hoping i don't get banned lol.
