AD Annie was viable on release.
DPS Soraka can only stomp noobs, same as AD Sona.
There's a reason why standard builds work better than outlandish ones.

Simply because people dont open their eyes and look at everything.
On the topic of thread, Its something I think would have to be tinkered with. I mean Im sure it has its ups, but it might have a few too many downs. Ill look it over one more again and see what I can find
