Shaco, Akali, and Vayne will not be affected by the Stealth rework.
They're planning to separate these into to a category of "invisibility" because bursts of current-stealth are balanced in their risk/reward, unlike long duration stealth.
Obviously, Twitch and Evelynn will have their kits buffed/reworked to fit the new stealth mechanic.
I've read posts that Morello will definitely try to preserve the "shoot, shoot, shoot, expunge" combo of Twitch.

Twitch was free maybe 2 months ago :s.
But we've already established that he's a bad.
I was trying to imply that they will probably rebuff the champions in accordance with the stealth rework.
