Yea , I don't use Archangles staff for some single fact ... the item sucks from my point of prespective Annie ins't a mana filled champion as Ryze is , I got the ganking items short bursts and 2 spell kill , what concider's the molten armor , I know its nice to build stacks but u ain't gonna own that much with that stun early game thats why I got the damaging spells prio before the shield, u get the stun even with only those 2 spells efficiently and the damage output in the early games is a lot better , I tried building Molten armor on level 4 yes , and the result wasn't as good as it gets in this guide , and Tear of the goddess is pretty much useless why ? because annie's Q abillity regains mana on killing a minion with it and by short ganks u will not have any mana issues due to that effect and Doran's Ring. What conceirn's Mejai's Soulstealer , the item is sick as hell as I mentioned You need to go along with it , my latest 3 games with this build with annie were 10- 0 , 6- 0 ( all early game surrender ) and a late game of 21 - 3 , the item order on this guide kicks *** for me , but I also mentioned if u are a beginner with annie and u yet didnt learn to play it out as well as ur prime champion I would not go with mejai's soulstealer because its useless if u die lots , if not this item is the best spell damaging item , the game currently has to offer. Teleport , yes I mentions that summoner spell is good aswell , I would deffinetly recommend Ghost and ignite / teleport / flash . those are the perks I would choose , thanks for ur comment mate and if u have any other questions messege me to my profile or leave the comment below.

This build is kinda shaky in the fact that you didn't put any points into molten shield at level 4. Molten shield is useless at level 4, but it is very helpful in gaining stacks during team fights. Ganks can easily be done around level 3. Also, most games might not go out as good, and Mejai might be a useless item in your case. I would suggest getting Tears of Goddess first, then upgrade it into Arcangel scepter later. Arcangel Scepter gives a very good amount of AP end game, and gives you plenty of mana too. As for masteries, I prefer 9/0/21, but I don't use ignite. I use teleport instead, so it might vary among us.

Thank you for your vote , I'm glad u like the build - and yes some of those items might be better if they focus on you fully , but I tried to make the best possible burst damage , aswell I did my best to give you tips and guides how to play the needed build .

Great guide but I think you'd be better off buying an abyssal scepter or an hourglass instead of the second Rabadon's Deathcap. no matter how much epic damage you'll be dishing out, there are some champions that are made to kill you even if they are under heavy fire(thinking of poppy, tryn,...)and then I think you'll be glad you got abyssal or hourglass for more survivability
